Remember why you liked comics in the first place?
Our Comics Empower Project continues!
This time, Laura tells her story:
I read comics since my childhood.
I live in Belgium and here comics are a big culture: Spirou, Schtroumpfs, Lucky Luke, Cubitus… but I didn’t read Tintin (too boring!).
As a child, each time I did shopping with my parents, my father bought me one of these book. Good memories!
For years, I forget comics and substituted them with video games, music and more. But…
…Now, super-heroes have taken over… and stormed my shelves! (I collect too much).
I think with comic books, I found my world.
But what I really like with comics, it’s to share this passion with friends and other enthusiasts. I write news and articles for a website. Not speaking much (too shy?), writing allows me to tell what I want and how I want!
